Chic, as I am

Trends are still beautiful.
They make me feel connected,
and honestly, a little reassured.
I'm still drawn to them, too.
I really am.
Lately though, I've started asking myself
if what I'm wearing lets me stay me?
calm, comfortable, not trying too hard.
I'm not leaving trends behind.
I'm just choosing, within them,
what feels right for me, right now.

トレンドは、やっぱり美しい。
今とつながっている感覚や、
前に進める安心感をくれる。
わたしも今も、
トレンドに惹かれている。
最近はそこに、
もうひとつの基準が加わっただけ。
わたしがわたしでいられて、
穏やかでいられるかどうか。
トレンドを手放すのではなく、
その中から、
今の自分にしっくりくるものを選ぶ。
